She's Pregnant and He's Distant

The name of my band is She's Pregnant and He's Distant.....but it was not by choice LOL!!!!!
we had to google our name and then thinks. When I googled Brooke thinks it said Brooke thinks she's pregnant. So then I googled She's Pregnant to get the title of my band and that just happened to be She's Pregnant and He's Distant then I had to google that to get a photo and that is my album cover, and I just wanted to explain that so nobody got the idea that I am pregnant and my boyfriend is leaving me because I am not that stupid....But you got to admit in today's society that would be a ordinary name for a band.

Letter to Me

Dear Brooke,
Years have flown and you are now much older. You are still not very tall and if I'm guessing right your pom poms are still on your headboard. You Have probably accomplished your goal of being successful and becoming an agricultural and animal science teacher. Hopefully you are married and a have a kid of your own. I am sure Ella has grown up nicely and is doing good for herself. You always tried to be a good role model for her. Keep your head on straight and don't loose focus on the things that truly matter most. If you havent changed your ways by now you are probably not going to. Even though you chose not to listen your dad is probably still batting 1000 on all the things that said would happen to you. your life could've been exactly how you wanted it and now that you think about it was turning down the air force the worst decision you ever made. High School ended but your probably still living in it. Remember the DRAMA never ends!!!! Live life to the fullest but take it one day at a time.

PEANUT BUTTER

I am peanut butter the cutest rhino in the whole world. I am 7 months old and like I said the cutest rhino in the whole world. Life for me is pretty easy, I get to play around in the pastures behind Brooke's house. I am her pet and she loves me very much. She found me in the road one night when it was raining because I had gotten taken away from my mother by a man who claims to have been my father and then when we got where we were going he just left me stranded and so Brooke adopted me. She teaches me things and I get smarter everyday! My favorite food is Peanut Butter its very sticky but I love it. I have no friends of my kind Brooke is my only friend so I get very excited to see her when she comes home from school. We have a lot of fun together.
She says one day Il be big enough to ride around town. Maybe then I will make some new friends. See that picture up there, thats a picture that Brooke took of me while we were playing tag, and I was trying to chase her. I always wonder what my life would be like if I was a normal rhino and lived at a zoo or something. I don't think I would ever want to find out because I love my home and want to stay with Brooke.

Coach Rhodes!!!!!

Today is Coach Rhodes birthday and he is 50 EVEN THOUGH HE WANTS TO 34 AGAIN. We are supposed to post about our favorite memory of Coach Rhodes but, I just moved here a few months ago and havn't really had to much time to bond with him. I do have his World Geography class this year and I know he is an amazing teacher and loves what he does. He makes the day humorous and I enjoy his class. He is all about the NO TALKING after the tardy bell. He is always yelling at someone to quit talking because it makes him nervous. Its the everyday memories of Coach Rhodes that last a lifetime. From the no talking to him asking is it fourth period everyday and him always saying "Well, Well, Well" Hes a great role model and in my opinion a hero to Childress high school because he has given so much to the students here. HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY COACH RHODES.

My "CAT"erbury Tale

There once was a princess named Claudette. She lived in the kingdom of Versa adn was extremely pretty. She had blonde hair and bright blue eyes and just a few freckles upon her rosey red cheeks. Claudette was expected to take the thrown from her mother Queen Isabelle, who was not the friendliest person in the world. Before Princess Claudette could take the throne she must be married within the next three weeks. Claudette search all over the kingdom but could not find her Prince. She wanted one tall Brown hair blue eyes and very athletic. She finally one day gave up and stopped trying. The day before the wedding deadline a stranger comes into town and they fall in love within the first few moments. He was tall Brown haired and blue eyed...he was perfect. She left him for the night so they could sleep and the wedding would be held the next day. While he was sleeping in his room he was stabbed by the evil knight Reagen who had a crush on Claudette. Reagen was an ugly short blonde knight and was not what Claudette wanted. The next day to her dispair she did not have a wedding but a funeral for the one she loved. She also did not take the throne and her mother still reigns Queen of Versa.

FOOTBALL HOMECOMING 2009

Homecoming

Homecoming week is this week and I have never been to a homecoming for football!!! As you may know I lived in Boswell Oklahoma where there is no football and the high school includes like a little more then a 100 kids. We had homecoming for basketball and had huge dances afterwards. It was the biggest night of the year and every girl does their best to out do the others with mum and garter sizes. You didnt have dates to homecoming because it was weird to date anyone in the same town because you never knew whether you were related to them or they were just like a brother or a sister to you. We had a ton of fun every and being a cheerleader on homecoming was a big deal because we did everything , the decorating, the homecoming court, the pep rallies, and the dance afterwards. I am excited to see how Childress high school puts together homecoming but I doubt its any thing like Boswell......Good Luck Bobcats at tonight's football game!!!!!!!!!!!!!

H1N1 VIRUS???? SWINE FLU?????

I personally don't know what to think about this flu that is killing many people in the United States
today. After it first started I was real scared because it starts as a common cold and has the same symptoms. That means that anyone could have it and anyone could get it. I also quit eating pig LOL because I thought that was what was causing it until I read that they called it Swine Flu because pigs can also get it. So no it is not from contaminated pork. I think that they have had a vaccination for it longer then they say they have, and then all of a sudden decided to share after some people in this over populated country died off , but that is just me. I also dont see the point in getting any type of flu shot for 2 reasons:
1. 5 am horrified of needles.
2. if you take the shot your going to get the flu any ways because the shot its self will give it to you.
I think the American people need to buy some germX learn some things about sanitation and health awareness take your vitamins and quit spreading the crap by leaving your house when your sick!!!!! C'MON people this ain't rocket science if your sick stay at home cover your mouth when you cough and wash your hands after you slobber in them, Don't go touching all over people and the door handles so they can get it to.
H1N1 (swine flu) is totally preventable 4 the people that don't have it and could've been for the people that already have it if they would or would of done this................................................
FLIPPIN STAY AWAY FROM PEOPLE THAT ARE SICK AND GERMY EVEN IF THE COUGH TREAT THEM LIKE THEY HAVE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE!!!!!!! DON'T EVEN LOOK AT THEM.
Buy a bottle of germX because now is the time to become a health freak or your going to DIE!!!!!!

Brooke

The 5 words people immediately think of when they see me is Short, Pretty, Heartless or Mean, Energetic, and Positive.

The things I really like are: Boys, Dancing, Boys, Texting, Boys, Hunting, Fishing, Boys, and Sleeping, But the most important is BOYS!!!!!!!

I couldn't live without my parents, my teachers of the present or the past, My best friend Kelsy, and the man who invented chocolate.

My pet peeves are bare feet there gross, people that smack their food and their gum.

My favoritest movies are: Friday Night Lights, The Hannah Montana Movie, 8 seconds.

The 2 things I fear are: SPIDERS & CLOWNS.

Places I would like to visit: Spain, Germany, Cancun, Hawaii, Mexico.

The Wrath of Grendel

Grendel was real mad because their was a party at Herot Hall. So he used a GPS to locate Herot Hall. He killed lots of men in just a swipe. Hrothgar was upset and used the world wide web to blog about his problems.

The Coming of Beowulf

Higlac read the blog on his I phone and decided that he would send the mighty Beowulf to help him out and kill Grendel. Beowulf listened to his I-pod nano the whole boat ride there to pump himself up. To their surprise their is a watchman at the shores with an optimum muzzle loader asking to many questions but lets them into the kingdom.

The Battle With Grendel

Grendel heard music and was hoping to kill a lot of people so he hopped on his mo-ped scooter and set out to fight. When he gets there Beowulf cuts his off Grendels arm and makes him bleeds to death.

The Monsters Lair
The monsters live in a creepy place where deer would never run.

The Battle With Grendels Mother
Grendels Mother was very upset and killed people and now Beowulf would kill her.
He goes to fight her and to his surprise catches her playing her x box in her lair when he arrived. He stabbs her and then sets out to make sure Grendel is dead. While he is looking around his whitebeard men are waiting for him to return, one is even playing a nintendo DS.

The Last Battle
Beowulf returns to Geatland and was welcomed by his uncle Higlac they feasted on burgers made a new grill in celebration of the returning of Beowulf. Higlac dies and Beowulf becomes king blah blah blah....Beowulf fights this dragon thats becoming a menace His army bails one soldier even used a jet pack to get away. Wiglaf stays to fight the dragon and defeats him by running over him with miltary's latest tank with built in bazookas.

The Spoils
They reward the trophy to the dying king. They thank God for there safety and helping give them strength to fight. Beowulf is old and retires his crown to Wiglaf before he dies.

The Farewell
Beowulf had a beautiful funeral.... soldiers ran on horses with the newest colorguard pole with built in lights when you wave it and they laid the hero down in peace....

My Crystal Ball

When I graduate from High school I plan to attend Tareleton State University to major in Agricultural Sciences, and take that to become an ag teacher and possibly use it in the future to go back and get my veternarians degree but thats a huge maybe, because I hate school and that takes a long time to accomplish that. I dont want to get married until im between the ages 21 and 25. He has to be a cowboy/country and cant be extremely tall because i'm short preferably blue eyes and brown but i'll settle for others as long as they are good looking and can ride a horse. I definately want a huge house with like 3 bathrooms and a room made of only mirrors. I want a dance studio not to far from my house just kind of like a siding. I want lots of horses cows and a couple of dogs, and lots of land with a few ponds. I plan to live somewhere in Texas or Oklahoma, not that it matters. I would like to have one kid preferably a boy because girls are to hard to raise. I'm, actually not even sure I want one kid because i am afraid of getting fat. I plan to have a 2209 chevy silverado with a ten inch lift , I want it to be black with hot pink bubbles, dont ask it has been a dream to have hot pink bubbles for forever. I have had a great life and for my parents money was tight at times but we made it through...even though it was barely sometimes. So I would say I would like to be little more successful then my parents so I dont have to worry about money as much as they did. Everyone has dreams and future goals they plan to accomplish and don't but i do plan to get everything in this post because, I can do anything that I want to do.

They were both my teachers and I spent lots of time with both of them. I feel very priviledged and honored to have both of them in my life. They have taught me so much not only about history and typing, and cheerleading but about life in general. They are good people and will always be there for me no matter what. They are truly both amazing people. I love them both very much,and wish the well in everything life brings them. So a huge thank you goes out to Mr. Duane Lindly and Mrs. Paula Snow for helping me and having such a huge and positive impact on my life!!!!!To everyone else thanks for always being there to pack my parachute!

My Expectations for being a Senior!!!!!!!

My expectations for being a senior at Childress High School 2009 - 2010 are:
1. making it through Mrs. Steed's geometry class and passing my TAKS.
2.being a good role model for all the underclassmen.
3.being very involved in everything that is offered.
4.applying for lots of scholarships to colleges.
